Kale started with a simple idea: what if every meal could be as fresh as a morning harvest? Since 2019, we've been building a bridge between local organic farms and your plate.
Our produce is sourced from 8 partner farms across Singapore and Johor. We cook in small batches, discard what we don't serve by end of day, and make sure every dish tells a story of place and season.
